The Brasserie is our restaurant at 1 Lombard Street and is a relaxed and stylish space full of character. We’re passionate about working with only the very best of British produce and have established relationships with some of the UK's finest suppliers, using sustainable and local ingredients all sourced from the patches and coastlines that we call home. Our menus, overseen by our executive chef James Holden, are made up of seasonal fruit and veg from local growers, fresh fish from British shores and upmarket meat from small-scale yet award-winning producers.
